If you were logged into one of the sites when you came to the videos, click the image at the very bottom of the page when you want to go back to the site you came from.
There are many online training videos in use with our system and while the vast majority of people can view these videos, some have had problems. If you have problems viewing the videos, please check the following:
1) You must use Internet Explorer for the videos
2) You should use Windows Media Player or Real Player—latest version.
3) Remove any pop-up blocking software as these videos open a new window.
4) Check that your security settings will allow videos to play
5) You might have to disable your firewall while watching the videos
6) Make sure your speakers are turned up and are not muted.
7) The videos will play for those on dialup, but they will load slowly.

Video Control Panel
When the video launches, maximize the screen that pops up (you do this by clicking on the little square next to the red X at the top right of your screen) scroll to the bottom and you will see a control panel where you can pause, stop, fast forward, or reverse your videos.
